Hi, I'm Dr. Sarah Wilkes, but I go by Dr. Sarah in our office! I am the owner of Barker Chiropractic and am proud to say I have been part of Barker Chiropractic’s family since 2007! I worked as a chiropractic assistant until I decided to follow in my mentor and founder's footsteps, those of Dr. David K. Barker. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology as well as my Doctorate of Chiropractic, licensed in the state of California.

I'm honored to live my passion and serve families using my post-graduate studies of prenatal, postpartum and pediatric chiropractic assessments and techniques via the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). I am a profound advocate for educational birthing prep and am passionate about helping mamas navigate all things MOTHERHOOD & breastfeeding!

I am married to my best friend Shane and together we welcomed our first son Carson in September, 2019 and our second son Bennett in August, 2021- both incredibly empowering homebirths. They are the lights of my life and can't wait to teach them health comes from within and watch them thrive!

I am grateful to be trusted with so many families throughout San Diego county and look forward to meeting you soon!
